Chadwick Estates Annual HOA Meeting 2015

Our annual homeowner’s association meeting will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2015, at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at Midwest Orthopedic Office located on Allen Road. During our annual meeting, homeowners will elect members for the CEHOA Board (two year terms) in addition to getting an update on our financial position, actions completed in 2014 and plans for 2015.

There are three Board members whose terms are expiring. None of the Board member’s whose terms are expiring are planning to run again so we need three candidates for the election.

If you are interested in running for a Board position, please submit your name to Aaron Smith, President of the Chadwick Estates HOA, on or before February 15, 2015. This way we can ensure your name will be on the ballot in preparation for the meeting. Please email me at smith8831@att.net if you are interested in being on the board.
